Homeowners Association

The Homeowners Association is an association comprised of each and every homeowner at Ypao Garden, who work in a organized and systematic process, with the leadership of their elected Board of Directors, to maintain and manage the overall welfare of Ypao Garden. The Homeowners Association collective decisions and actions are implemented through the Board of Directors, working hand in hand with the Property Manager and Resident Manager.

The Board of Directors consists of 3 individuals, who must all be homeowners at Ypao Garden, and they server for a limited duration. These elected/appointed members jointly oversee the activities of Ypao Garden. The positions held by each Board member are President, Vice President, and Treasurer.
