At Ypao Garden, we want to address the concerns of the Homeowners as quickly as possible, so that we can make Ypao Garden better day by day. If you have any concerns, please contact our Management Company (contacts below), so that they can assist you. In general, all claims or all complaints must be made in writing at the Management Company. From there, a formal process begins in addressing you concern. Century 21 Realty Management handles most Ypao Garden resident's concerns, claims, questions, comments, and serves as Ypao Garden’s accountant, whereby issuing bills, handling incoming and outgoing funds, budgeting, processing memos and notices.
