Renovating / Remodeling Your Unit

Before renovating / remodeling your unit, we ask that you adhere to certain rules and policies of Ypao Garden:

A detailed plan of what you are going to be doing (of your renovation / remodeling) must be submitted to Management at least a week (7 days) in advance, prior to starting the work. This is to ensure that your plans are in line with the Bylaws.

Work hours shall be between 8 am ~ 5 pm, Monday ~ Saturday only. No work on Sunday.

Dumpsters are not for construction debris.

Elevators are not to be used for moving construction supplies and equipment.
