Ypao Garden allows homeowners to explore their interest in gardening, planting, and landscaping on the condo’s premises, with in the common areas of the condo. HOWEVER, any and all gardening and the like must be first approved by Management and the Board of Directors. The efforts that homeowners make to make Ypao Garden look more green-friendly and aesthetically attractive, with nice plants and flowers, is truly appreciated. But, because the areas in question are “common areas”, we need to follow some rules, especially concerning types of plants and the exact location would need to be determined. On the most part, fruit bearing plants and trees are discouraged.
